Want to volunteer?

We are always looking for people to get involved- without volunteers, MEG could not exist. You can do as much or as little as your timetable allows, from going along to support one workshop a term to leading multiple sessions a week. 

Take a look at our Workshops page (MEG Volunteers) to see if there is anything you think you could help out with, or if you have an idea for something else why not email us and start up a new workshop; Jazz anyone?

If you would like to volunteer with children or vulnerable adults then you require a DBS certificate. This is available from YUSU. Email for more info.

 

 

 

A safeguarding certificate is also required:

You do not need to be able to play a musical instrument or have any formal singing training but a lot of enthusiasm and great sense of humour are necessary. Email us for more info.
